Refund Exclusions

Refunds or partial refunds are not granted in the following situations:

  6. Partial Refunds After Trial:

  7. Premature Refund Requests:

Refund Fees

Compensation for Extended Downtime

If your IPTV subscription is inaccessible for 72 hours or more due to server issues caused by us, we will:

  • Extend your subscription duration to compensate for lost time.
  • Offer additional bonuses upon negotiation.
